Your system implementation will be conducted by our team of manufacturer accredited Systems Engineers who are based at our offices in central London. The implementation project will be managed by a single point of contact who has been fully engaged in your solution design and provides continuity throughout the project.
In addition to implementing your IT solution we will produce our standard site documentation set that comprises:
- Server system configuration
- Network equipment configuration
- Network infrastructure diagram
- Equipment and software inventory
This is an important record of the details of your implementation and provides the basis for any of our Systems Engineering team to provide support and maintenance. The documentation set is maintained and updated as part of any changes applied to the system. You will hold an up-to date copy of this documentation at all times.
